Described by many a guest as “Idyllic”, The Farmhouse is welcoming and relaxing with room for all the family. Period features and furniture sit alongside contemporary facilities, making your dreamy farmhouse holiday comfortable and luxurious. Plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. A cobblestone path leads to the old oak front door of the farmhouse and the slate flagged entrance hall. The lounge off has period furniture, a massive woodburning stove (logs supplied) and comfy settees. Snuggle around the Aga and log burners in Winter and Breakfast on the terrace in the sun. Each room is individually furnished and the whole house is warm and stylish.
Outside there is an enclosed garden to the front and side of the house and a walled gravelled courtyard with outdoor furniture and Kadai Fire Bowl for contemporary outdoor cooking. Beyond is a one acre paddock with a boating pond, stream and flat area for outdoor games. The indoor stables games room with table tennis/football, pool and darts is a shared facility with guests in the barns. Beyond are over sixty acres of land belonging to Fletchers with trails, streams and copses to which guests have access
